Dean, College of Science and Technology, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University

Aló has served as the dean of the Jackson State University College of Science, Engineering, and Technology. Before that, he was the program director in the Directorate for Education and Human Resources and Division of Undergraduate Education at the National Science Foundation. Aló also worked at the University of Houston-Downtown, where he was the executive director of the Center for Computational Sciences and Advanced Distributed Simulation.
