District Chief Technology Officer, State Center Community College District

State Center Community College District is an organization consisting of three community colleges and three educational centers: Fresno City College, Reedley College, Clovis Community College, Madera Community College Center, Oakhurst Community College Center, and the Career and Technology Center.

Looney brings 20+ years of management and supervisory experience leading every major facet of an IT organization, including application software, infrastructure, user support, security, and program management. Looney graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Computer Science & Mathematics. He enjoys the outdoors and most sports, visiting local microbreweries, and volunteering for several organizations, including an organization that provides recreational bicycling for the blind/visually impaired.
