Neighborhood Transformation Consultant, California Emerging Technology Fund

Larry Best is Director of Neighborhood Transformation for the California Emerging Technology Fund whose mission is to close the Digital Divide. Larry leads a statewide initiative to address the economic causes of the Digital Divide by working with County, City, and School District partners to develop Neighborhood Transformation Partnership Agreements so that health and human services are designed around the needs and strengths of families and where families set their own goals, and there is shared accountability for results.
