Senior Director, Infrastructure, Support & Communications Services, California State University

Kendra is the Senior Director for Infrastructure, Support & Communications Services at the California State University Office of the Chancellor. She has served in the CSU Chancellor’s Office’s Information Technology Services department for twenty years in support of the mission of the country’s largest four-year public higher education system. Kendra and her teams ensure that the CSU's community of students, faculty, and staff have access to current, robust, and reliable Internet access via a systemwide network infrastructure program. She supports Internet access for other educational organizations throughout the state and is a member of the CENIC Board of Directors. Additionally, Kendra’s CSU IT unit drives communication, engagement, and collaboration efforts to connect thousands of CSU campus technology professionals across the state, enabling the impact of idea and knowledge-sharing across the system.
