Network Engineer, CENIC

Hess is a network engineer at CENIC. Hess’s activities include Pacific Wave, the Pacific Research Platform, and participation in international working groups exploring advanced network services, as well as other collaborative efforts. Among his interests are interconnection, network performance, and data movement. Hess joined CENIC in 2010.
