Associate Director, Utah Education and Telehealth Network

Jeff Egly is an Associate Director with the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN), overseeing UETN field operations, video operations, UETN’s project management team, and application engineering. Jeff has been with UETN for over 25 years. Jeff participates in the planning, implementation, and support of new fiber optic-based broadband services and collaborative services for distance education, connecting Utah’s K12 schools, colleges, universities, libraries, hospitals, and health clinics. Jeff is currently focused on projects that increase and improve broadband access for education. This includes UETN’s Service Organization (SO) eduroam project with Internet2, where Jeff serves as UETN’s eduroam program manager. Jeff also serves as the current Internet2 eduroam Advisory Committee (eAC) chair.
