Director of Digital Inclusion, California Emerging Technology Fund
Debbie is the Director of Digital Inclusion at the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF). Her focus is on partnering with state, local, and not-for-profit organizations to coordinate outreach to low-income families, assisting them to access affordable Internet programs. She also supports regional broadband consortia throughout California.
Prior to working with CETF, Debbie’ worked in the telecommunications industry as Director of Field Operations, Finance and IT Manager, and Senior Project Manager at Excite@Home, launching network operations centers in Australia, the Netherlands, and Japan.
