Tori is the Director of Finance for GoldenStateNet, the third-party administrator for California’s Middle Mile Broadband Initiative. She oversees all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across the organization. Tori plays a key role in strategic planning, contract oversight, and financial analysis, partnering with colleagues to support informed decision-making and long-term sustainability. She also manages audits, regulatory reporting, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

With over 20 years of experience, Tori has built a strong background across the telecommunications, construction, and student loan sectors, working with both private and nonprofit organizations. Her expertise combines technical accounting knowledge with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to financial management.
