Timothy Chia leads the Program Management Office (PMO) at CENIC. His team is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective CENIC members, managing the service deployment life cycle for associate connections and upgrades, and managing internal CENIC projects. He has over 30 years of telecom experience with power utilities, wireline and wireless service providers, and turn-key infrastructure providers in Canada and the United States. He has held leadership roles in Network Planning, Engineering & Operations, and Finance. He has a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and has been awarded three US Patents.
