Terry Loftus has over 25 years of management experience in the private and public sectors and has served in technology leadership roles in both charter school and K-12 school districts in California. He attended California State University, San Marcos, earning a BA in Business Administration and Management Information Systems, and earned an MA in Information Security from Lewis University. Terry currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent & Chief Information Officer for the San Diego County Office of Education, where he leads the Integrated Technology Services division and has been a strong advocate for student connectivity, data privacy, and cybersecurity issues in education.
