Stella Kwon joined CENIC in 2015 as a Network Operations Center intern and has been a member of the Program Management Office since 2016. Stella has worked with several of our associates, including UCANR, K12HSN, and, most recently, Libraries. As the Library Project Manager, Stella works with over 150 library systems and jurisdictions in California on Erate RFPs and Circuit Orders. Stella is a UC San Diego, Eleanor Roosevelt College alumni and taught English in rural South Korea for several years before joining CENIC.
