Rommel Hidalgo is the Vice President for the Division of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for California State University, Fullerton. At Cal State Fullerton, Rommel oversees all enterprise services of IT in support of the university's mission and strategic plan. He has over 28 years of experience in information technology and is the former Chief Information Officer for the University of Guam. Cal State Fullerton's Division of IT runs the Center for Equitable Digital Access (CEDA), a unit dedicated to bridging the digital divide via a technology ecosystem that provides students with software, long-term and short-term equipment for checkout, technology training, access to MiFi internet access devices, and other crucial IT services.
