Kwon is the Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at CENIC. Within the organization, he is responsible for the Core and Systems Engineering departments, which oversee CENIC’s internal systems, network architecture, network design, and network delivery.

Kwon has over 18 years of experience in IT and has worked for many organizations, including the Air Force, commercial ISPs, and healthcare non-profits.
