Linda Thomas, Ed. D. is a lifelong educator in the Central Valley. She currently serves as the Vice President of Community Outreach and Government Affairs for Cal.net where she works to bring internet service, digital literacy/fluency training, and workforce development to rural CA residents. Prior to coming to Cal.net in 2022, Linda spent her career in teaching and administration at both the university and community college levels, most recently serving as the Dean of Instruction at Copper Mountain Community College and Vice Chancellor at West Hills Community College District.
