Polly is a visionary expert in private cellular networks and digital transformation. As the digital transformation advisor at Cal Poly's Digital Transformation Hub, he has been instrumental in solving real-world challenges for public sector organizations. Jonathan was crucial in launching Cal Poly's 5G innovation network, harnessing CBRS shared-spectrum and 5G SA/NSA architectures to drive cutting-edge projects and research across various disciplines. He currently leads a broad portfolio of projects at Cal Poly to create a campus-wide digital twin and enhance operational capabilities while partnering with cellular providers on pioneering private/public network-sharing agreements. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a minor in Economics from Cal Poly.
