Trettin is the Help Desk Supervisor for Sonoma County Library system. With over 30 years of experience working in IT, most of that time has been in a desktop support role focusing on providing the best possible user experience for Staff and the Public. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his wife and spending time with their grandson.
