An accomplished business operations leader with extensive background in technology, Dima has over 20 years of experience leading software engineering teams in high tech companies. Dima retired from Cisco Systems in October 2014 and is now focused on leveraging her knowledge and experience for the nonprofit sector. She is currently an Encore Fellow working for Community Tech Network (CTN), a nonprofit focused on bridging the digital gap for low income adults of all ages. In her role at CTN, Dima leads their Access To Technology grant for San Mateo County which helps olders adults and people with a disability access home internet, a tablet and digital literacy training and is executed through several local nonprofit partners.
