Daman Grewal is the CIO at San Mateo County Community College District. I have been serving higher education for more than 20 years. We are a multi-college District with centralized information technology services. Under my leadership, we lead all aspects of the SMCCCD's internal and external information technology systems and business units to propose, plan, and implement enterprise IT systems. We strive to align SMCCCD's technology vision with strategic goals supporting campus-wide operations and strategic plans. I have a long track record of solving complex business problems enabled by technology. Most recently, we have been focused on student success and equity, providing new tools to our campus community for online learning and teaching with digital transformation in mind. We use technology to strategically and positively impact our campus community and beyond.
