Cathy Benham has worked with government agencies and their representatives for more than 25 years in state and federal program areas and program compliance. She brings over 35 years of management experience, overseeing and executing multimillion-dollar projects. As Executive Director for CSM Consulting, Cathy oversees CSM's consulting operations, fostering a culture of excellence among staff to become trusted advisors. As a consultant, Cathy has worked with CENIC for more than 15 years and feels honored to have supported CENIC's E-Rate consortium process for such important projects as the K12 Highspeed Network, Broadband Infrastructure Improvement Grant, Statewide Libraries Project, and Broadband Infrastructure Improvement Grant. Cathy is passionate about helping schools and libraries achieve their missions by providing access to the best digital resources to expand opportunities for all and close the digital divide.
