Carl leads the product team Federated Wireless, an industry leader and pioneer for shared spectrum access systems and private 5G solutions. He has over 30 years of product leadership experience with wireless, IoT, and cloud SaaS businesses. He has enjoyed being part of pioneering product teams that were instrumental in developing Wi-Fi technology, putting biometrics into mass-market mobile devices, and creating an IoT industry.

Previously, Carl served in global product leadership roles for Cisco’s IoT wireless business, Wi-Fi technology startups Atheros Communications and Airgo Networks (both acquired by Qualcomm), cloud SaaS fleet management solution provider IntelliShift, biometric security pioneer Authentec (acquired by Apple) and other companies serving the mobile and wireless industry.

Carl has a Masters in Engineering Management from Stanford University and a Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California.
