Anna Read is the Senior Broadband Specialist with the US Department of the Treasury’s Capital Projects Fund. Previously, she worked as a Senior Officer for the Pew Charitable Trusts Broadband Access Initiative, where she led research on state broadband policy. Read holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and a master’s in regional planning from Cornell University.
