Rosanna Lugo brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations. Having experience in both the healthcare field and the higher education sector. Her work includes developing strategic communication plans, managing media and community relations, leading crisis communication efforts, and spearheading marketing and advertising campaigns. Rosanna is currently the Communications and Outreach Manager for the California K-12 High-Speed Network and California Library Connect, both housed at the Imperial County Office of Education in El Centro, California. In this role, she leads efforts to enhance program visibility and engagement across the state’s educational and library communities.
