Amanda Armitage is the Technology Engagement Manager at the Ventura County Library, where she has been supervising the department employees and working on the Library’s many IT projects and services for over 6 years. She has over 30 years of IT experience in various fields, including the education and corporate sectors. Amanda has recently written and submitted successful grant applications on behalf of the Ventura County Library. She oversees the Library’s Category 1 and 2 E-Rate applications annually, as well as the CalREN connection through CENIC under contract with ICOE. Amanda successfully applied for ERATE FY25 Category 2 funding to update the Meraki switches at all library branches.
