Sacramento Public Library
At SPL, Keller has responsibilities for Collection Services, Facilities, Information Technology, Communications, and Marketing. Previously he was the chief information officer and acting deputy state librarian at the California State Library. Keller has contributed to the library profession with more than 10 years of experience by supporting libraries as a service provider, and by implementing creative and innovative solutions to improve library services. Most notably, he co-authored the groundbreaking High-Speed Broadband in California Public Libraries assessment report that led to California Public Libraries connecting to CENIC's California Research and Education Network.
