CENIC
Goodheart is a Senior Advisor at CENIC. In her eight years with the organization, she has played a number of roles, including managing an initiative to offer all public libraries in California the opportunity to access high-speed broadband, advising on the BIIG program for K-12 schools, writing blogs and other communications, and planning the CENIC conference. Throughout her career, she has worked with educational and cultural organizations to assist them in broadening and deepening public participation, fostering collaborations, and documenting best practices.
Prior to her work with CENIC, she served as Executive Director of University-Community Partnerships at the University of Washington in Seattle, connecting the resources of the University to a range of communities locally and statewide. From 1987 to 2000, she was Deputy Director of Education at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., working with over 300 K-12 schools and higher education institutions throughout the metropolitan region to link the artistic resources of Lincoln Center to their educational goals.
